		<description>Well I guess every profession has it own challenges or the "dark side" that you need to deal with. But I always adore and respect all teachers in Malaysia because they are molding the future of the nation. That's very nobel thing to do. As for me, every night I'm monitoring my kids to finish up their school works given by their teachers.</description>
