Nice theme but it would be some difficulties for the first time user to study the GUI.

Ya, it took me about 20 mins to get used of it but end up to switch back my classic theme. LOL. I’m not saying it’s difficult but I’m working better under my old style. For people who get used to left navigation probably will like it.
